Ourresidential houses accommodate young people with social, emotional,and mental health needs; and our aim is to create the best possibleoutcome for the young people in our care.

Workingin our Residential Houses means being a part of a young person'sday-to-day life and being there for the highest highs and lowestlows. Our Residential Support Workers enable our young people toget their childhood back and create pathways to become well-roundedadults - an incredibly rewarding role tohave.

Our support workers are fulfilled by theidea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in our youngpeople, so we celebrate the little things. Although there will bechallenges along the way there will also be the smallest momentswhich feel like a huge victory!

You will takecare of the day-today- needs of our young people and create lastingmemories along the way. We offer a 24-hour curriculum where wesupport young people to get ready and attend school, support withindependent living skills, organise and take part in meaningfulactivities, complete paperwork and create a homely, happyenvironment.

Evenings and weekends are for fun,whether this is playing on the Xbox, playing a game of football,going to the cinema or go karting - not a bad way to spend your dayat work!
