If you're outgoing, friendly and passionate about people, you could make a real positive difference as a Support Worker in the Swanton Community Services Team.
You'll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.
You'll be- Encouraging - promote independence where possible & encourage service users to achieve personal goals

You'll need- Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
- Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
- Commitment to providing quality care and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
- A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
- Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
