What you'll be serving up

As a member of our Waiting Staff, you will provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

• Greet and seat customers warmly and professionally
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Attend to customer needs and respond to enquiries or special requests
• Maintain cleanliness
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with setup and closing duties as needed

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
