Overview:

To deliver exceptional table service within our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, providing a professional and memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities may include:

• To support the Senior Food & Beverage Assistant with the professional service of food and beverages, ensuring 4-star standards are consistently maintained.
• To be fully familiar with and understand the day's menus, including key ingredients and dishes.
• To prepare and lay tables in the restaurant to the required standards ahead of each service.
• To check and complete all required mise en place in preparation for each meal service.
• To ensure the correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment in accordance with departmental procedures and work plans.
