Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests within the VIP and Club Lounge, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and provide accurate recommendations to guests.
• Assist guests throughout their visit, addressing requests promptly and resolving any concerns or complaints professionally.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in line with established standards for the assigned outlet.
• Monitor stock levels and operating supplies, minimising spoilage and reducing wastage.
• Provide guests with relevant information about the hotel, including services, facilities, and amenities.
• Ensure the lounge and service areas are consistently clean, organised, and presentable.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations.

About you

We are looking for a passionate and service-focused individual with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous experience in a similar food and beverage role is highly advantageous, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining high service standards at all times.
