Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet bar guests warmly to create a hospitable atmosphere.
• Provide memorable and professional service, delivering prompt experiences for guests.
• Familiarise yourself with bar menus and special offers, maintaining efficient communication with the team.
• Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

About you

• Previous experience in the same or a similar role in a luxury environment is desired.
