• Take food and beverage orders in a professional manner, maximizing sales in a discreet manner.
• Organise and carry out all mise en place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
• Follow cash handling procedures and ensure the customer is billed correctly.
• Set up and clear tables before, during and after service, maintaining the highest standards.
• Ensure your station and the restaurant run smoothly, maintaining Harrods' high standards of quality, service and maximising productivity.

• Excellent communicator and customer service focused; greet customers warmly and remain attentive throughout their visit.
• Cool, calm and collected in pressurised situations, thinking on your feet.
• Reliable, team player, good listener, supports others.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant menu and allergens, as well as specials and promotions.
• Able to answer guest queries quickly and knowledgeably, in a discreet manner.
• Good attention to detail evidenced through floor mise en place, checklists and sufficient stock levels.
