As a Waiter at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will be a vital part of our guests' dining experience. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tables with grace and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Interacting with guests to ensure they have an exceptional dining experience
  • Taking orders and making informed recommendations
  • Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Addressing and fulfilling guests' requests promptly and professionally
What You Need
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-standard establishment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for food and beverages
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and support your colleagues
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service
