Waiter / Waitress (m/w/d) Summer 2026

Our hotel Grand Hotel Belvedere- Beaumier Hotels, has been welcoming guests from all over the world in the heart of the Jungfrau village of Wengen.

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the summer season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and representing the values of our hotel.

Introduction

• Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests at all times

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve food and drinks according to established service standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining spaces

• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues professionally

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations

• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures

• Set up and prepare restaurant areas before service and assist with closing duties

• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate

• Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism during busy service periods
