VP, Solutions COO Growth & Automation Leader

Marex Group, London, is seeking a Vice President for the Marex Solutions COO team. You will support the Solutions business, building the operational infrastructure to enable rapid growth and delivering strategy across divisions.

You will liaise with COO, Sales/Trading, and control stakeholders to drive automation and scalable processes. The role requires experience in financial services, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
