VP Risk Systems Engineer - Java/Scala

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Risk Systems Developer to join the Structured Rates desk-facing squad, delivering and supporting technology that enables traders to execute trades and manage risk. This is a VP-level Software Engineering role within the Technology division, focused on building and maintaining scalable risk management solutions.

You will partner with product leads, design distributed Java/Scala systems, and contribute across the full development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, and
