VP, Rare Disease R&D Strategy & Portfolio

AstraZeneca GmbH in Ireland seeks the VP R&D, Rare Disease, a strategic leader reporting to the Alexion CEO. You will shape rare disease R&D strategy, maximize portfolio and IP value, and guide pipeline and investment decisions across the organization.

You will advise the CEO and ALT, participate in ESPC/LSPC boards, oversee governance, and drive improvements, automation, and data strategy while aligning with global standards.
