Job Description
J.P. Morgan in London seeks an experienced banker to join its Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team as VP, focusing on Emerging Markets in EMEA.
You will lead deal execution for bank and bond financings, handling structuring, due diligence and credit ratings processes. You will drive staple financing, lender education and acquisition financing linked to M&A opportunities, and oversee debt advisory and capital structuring mandates while developing financial models and hedging strategies.
