The Role

We're looking for a driven, strategic, and hands-on VP of Global Sales to own Bartesian's top-line growth. This is a critical leadership role responsible for scaling our presence across Amazon (US, UK, EU), retail partnerships, B2B channels (hotels, restaurants, stadiums), international distribution, and corporate gifting. You'll work closely with the CEO and executive team to expand our reach and bring Bartesian to millions more customers globally.

This role is for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-ownership environment - and who loves to execute just as much as strategize.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow global revenue across all sales channels (DTC, Amazon, retail, commercial, and international).
  • Lead and scale our Amazon business in the US, UK, and Europe.
  • Drive retail expansion through new and existing relationships with premium and mass retailers.
  • Build and expand B2B partnerships across hospitality, sports, travel, and foodservice.
  • Drive international distributor relationships in key markets.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities including corporate gifting and gifting partnerships.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales playbooks and systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and finance to align on priorities, forecast accurately, and execute with excellence.
  • Build a lean, high-output sales team over time to match growth needs.
You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience driving revenue in consumer-facing products, ideally across both physical product and recurring revenue models.
  • A proven track record of executing and scaling sales channels: Amazon, wholesale/retail, B2B, and/or international.
  • Experience with premium lifestyle, consumer appliance, or beverage brands is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize, build relationships, and close deals - with the drive to do the work yourself as needed.
  • Deep understanding of channel strategy, sales forecasting, and territory expansion.
  • A builder's mindset - ready to create processes, not just manage them.
  • A passion for products that elevate everyday experiences.
