Job Description
TeamViewer GmbH in Germany is seeking a VP, Customer & Retention Marketing to own the post-sale customer journey for 500,000+ SMB/long-tail customers. You will design scalable, data-driven retention programs, reduce churn, and drive expansion across segments, channels, and lifecycle stages.
Lead a global team, partner with Product and Product Marketing, and deliver automated onboarding, activation, and time-to-value without 1:1 coverage.
