VP Flight Operations - Autonomous Drone Scale Leader

Sees is seeking a VP Flight Operations to lead the scaling of our autonomous drone program across the UK and internationally. You will own the safety culture, operational performance, and cost-effective growth, working closely with engineering, regulation, and compliance teams.

You will manage an ecosystem of pilots, training, fleet readiness, and capacity planning, acting as Accountable Manager under CAA and European approvals.
