VP Engineering

This VP Engineering position is with a FinTech company that aims to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries.

The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team while collaborating with both technical and non-technical members of the company.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Guiding the development team through shipping new features
• Enhancing efficiency in maintenance tasks
• Solidifying the existing architecture

While not mandatory to fulfill all, the following are important:

• Experience scaling development teams in a startup environment
• Understanding or experience in fintech
• Experience working in emerging markets

The successful candidate will be rewarded with up to £130,000 and the flexibility to work fully remotely during and after Covid.
