VP, Energy Transition M&A & Project Finance

Inukapartners seeks a Vice President, Investment Banking to lead and support complex transactions in project finance and M&A within the energy transition sector. Based in London, you will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

The role requires 5-8 years in investment banking or corporate finance, with strong project finance advisory and M&A experience, energy transition or infrastructure exposure, and superior modelling and client-management skills.
