VP, Energy Transition Advisory & M&A Strategy

PJT Partners, Inc is looking for a Vice President in the Oil & Gas and Energy Transition team. This role involves engaging with clients in the Oil & Gas sector, evaluating financial alternatives, and working on transactions like mergers and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in investment banking within Oil & Gas or broader natural resources. You will be a key member of the team, engaged in deal execution and business development, with opportunities to work closely with senior practitioners.
