They are a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company that has spent the last 12 months uniting Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success into one integrated team focused on the entire customer lifecycle-from first contact to long-term partnership. They aim to build a seamless experience that drives real business outcomes for clients.

As the VP of Customer Success, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and scaling a multidisciplinary team covering customer onboarding, success, retention, renewals, and upsells.
2. Developing the strategy for customer engagement and expansion, ensuring alignment across sales, customer success, and account management.
3. Driving net revenue retention (NRR) by creating a proactive and data-driven customer success framework.
4. Implementing tools, systems, and processes that provide insight into customer health and lifecycle stages.
5. Cultivating a customer-first culture internally and representing the voice of the customer across the organization.
6. Hiring, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team capable of scaling with the business.

To be successful as the VP of Customer Success, you should have:

• Demonstrable experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management leadership in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading teams of up to 10 and developing them into high-performing units.
• Exposure to working in a growing organization, understanding the associated growth and challenges.
