VP, B2B Lifecycle Marketing - Growth Engine

Barclays is seeking a Vice President of B2B Lifecycle Marketing - BPL based in London. The role leads a data-led, automated growth engine across lead nurture, onboarding, activation, cross-sell, retention and win-back, partnering with Marketing Operations, Data, Product, Sales and Legal to align strategy with commercial outcomes.

You will own lifecycle vision, segmentation, governance and performance measurement, connecting activity to conversion, product adoption and lifetime value.
