VP, Asset Management - UK Student Housing Leader

Mapletree is hiring a Vice President, Asset Management to lead a high performing team and oversee a significant UK portfolio within its living sector platform. The role combines investment, operations and strategy to drive asset performance in PBSA and related sectors.

The VP will steer portfolio strategy, pricing, leasing and capital initiatives, while coordinating with investors, operators and third party partners to maximize NOI and value creation across a complex set of assets in London and
