Volvo Service Admin & Customer Experience Lead

Endeavour Automotive Limited in North West London (Volvo) seeks a Service Administrator to manage job cards, customer calls, bookings and invoicing at our Volvo dealership.

The ideal candidate is a team player with at least 2 years' customer service experience and excellent communication skills, focused on delivering outstanding service.

This full-time role is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (40 hours) with a salary of £26,500 and an Employee Referral Scheme.
