Volunteer Retail Associate: Customer Care & Till Skills

• Engage with customers and serve them in a helpful and friendly way.
• Answer questions from customers, donors, and supporters.
• Communicate with fellow volunteers about what has sold and needs restocking.
• Develop retail and cashier skills behind the till and process payments.
• Assist with administration and reception duties around the till area.
• Promote Gift Aid and sales campaigns.

Volunteers must be aged 17 or older and have no unspent criminal convictions. This is an unpaid position.
