Volunteer Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Volunteer Manager to help our volunteers to continue to do the brillaint work they do. You will play a vital role in recruiting, coordinating and championing our volunteers, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued and empowered to make a meaningful difference.

You will recruit and onboard new volunteers, coordinate rotas, provide day-to-day support, organise volunteer events and recognition activities, and maintain accurate volunteer records. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our volunteer programme continues to grow and thrive.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys building strong relationships and has the organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly. You'll be approachable, proactive and passionate about creating an inclusive environment where volunteers feel supported and appreciated.

This is a fixed-term opportunity providing cover during a Training and Development secondment.
