Volunteer Coaching Analysts

Exciting opportunities have arisen at Northampton Town FC to help coaches develop and enhance their coaching capabilities. The role of the Coach Analysts is to conduct coaching observations to film, edit and present these to coaches in support of the Head of Coach Development to academy coaches, both full and part time.

The role will require commitment, flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Knowledge and skills in filming and editing software would be advantageous. Additionally, an understanding of the game and in particular the coaching element, being qualified as a coach, would be also advantageous. Further, a UK driving licence and their own car would support the successful candidates.

The role would mainly be on weekday evenings from 5-9pm, and can be on a weekend, if and when required. Staff will be provided academy kit and be a part of the academy staff at our base in Moulton College.

(The successful applicants would be required to go through a SAFER Recruitment process and be required to complete a NTFC specific DBS before beginning the role)

About The Club

Northampton Town 'The Cobblers' was founded in 1897 and its men's team who currently ply their trade in EFL League 1. The Cobblers also possess a range of other teams who proudly wear the famous claret and white kit, including its academy, ladies 1st team and a thriving community department too that provides both playing and educational opportunities right across the pathway and remains a focal point of the community !
