Volunteer Chair, Remuneration & People Governance

A prestigious educational institution is seeking a Chair of the Remuneration and People Sub Committee to provide strategic leadership in governance related to people, remuneration, and HR policies. The role requires significant leadership experience and a strong understanding of HR practices. The position is voluntary with reasonable expenses reimbursed and involves approximately 5 days of annual commitment, primarily online with occasional meetings at the College in Cambridge.
