Volunteer Befriender: Social Companion & Activities

Together UK is seeking a Volunteer Befriender Companion to provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with mental health diagnoses in Greater London. This role involves engaging in meaningful conversations, participating in enjoyable activities, and helping to reduce feelings of isolation.

Volunteers will be expected to commit typically 1-3 hours per week, offering flexibility based on personal availability. Successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check to ensure the wellbeing of those supported.
