Volunteer Bake-Off Helper - Build Community & Skills

Midland Mencap in Birmingham is seeking friendly volunteers for their Bake-Off activity. Volunteers will help individuals with learning disabilities learn baking skills in a supportive environment. This role involves encouraging participation, setting up equipment, and maintaining a welcoming space. Ideal candidates should have basic cooking experience, good communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Sessions occur weekly, and volunteers can attend 2-4 times per month. Induction and training will be provided, along with travel expense reimbursement.
