We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as a Volunteer Assistant WrestlingCoach for the upcoming season and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing our student-athletes, while promoting a culture of sportsmanship, integrity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive wrestlingprogram that emphasizes skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
• Plan and conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on physical conditioning, skill drills, and match preparation.
• Evaluate and select players for the team, ensuring a fair and inclusive tryout process.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches to design strategies and analyze opponents.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes academic success, personal growth, and character development.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administration, and the broader community.
