Volunteer & Participation Lead - Gambling Prevention

Way Through in the West Midlands is seeking a Volunteer and Participation Coordinator for the Gambling Prevention Team. You will lead on volunteering, peer support and co-production activities, working with managers and partners to recruit, train and support volunteers and ensure meaningful participation across services.

The role emphasises embedding lived experience in service development, empowering volunteers, and delivering training and reports to monitor progress and impact.
