Job Description

Waythrough is seeking an enthusiastic Ambassador & Volunteer Coordinator to lead recruitment, onboarding and support for volunteers and ambassadors across Northumberland Recovery Partnership services in Blyth, Ashington, Hexham and Berwick. The role requires travel and a vehicle, ensuring positive volunteer experiences and meaningful community impact.

You will develop opportunities, train volunteers, and foster strong local partnerships while promoting the value of lived experience in recovery
