Job Description

Waythrough is seeking an enthusiastic Ambassador & Volunteer Coordinator to join the Northumberland Recovery Partnership. You will develop and manage our volunteer and ambassador programmes across Blyth, Ashington, Hexham and Berwick, leading recruitment, onboarding and ongoing support.

Working with service managers, staff and partners, you'll expand volunteering opportunities, match volunteers to roles, deliver inductions and training, monitor activity and report outcomes, and promote the value
