Voids Team Lead - Property Services

Niyaa People is seeking a Voids Supervisor to lead a team of trades across South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton. The role focuses on delivering a customer-focused voids service within social housing, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Successful candidates will have experience supervising voids or construction-related teams and a strong knowledge of property maintenance, with a proven ability to manage performance and deliver value. Salary: £45,000-£48,000.
