Job Description
Wates Smartspace is seeking a Section Manager to join our project delivery team on a Major VOIDS project in the Wolverhampton area. You will report to the Site Manager and oversee a section of works from planning through to completion.
The role requires strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation, subcontractor coordination, and Build processes within VOIDS. Travel between sites will be necessary, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.
