Job Description
North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a skilled Multiskilled Trade Operative to join the Voids Team. Based at Kettering and Corby depots, you'll perform basic maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry, tiling and flooring to prepare and maintain temporary accommodation.
The role requires a minimum Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry, Plumbing or Multiskilled Trades and an Asbestos Awareness Certificate, plus a full UK driving licence and willingness to drive council vehicles.
