Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

What you'll do
  • You'll manage and operate Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms to support VBSE and its customers.
  • You'll become a subject matter expert in Network Management Systems and IT Security.
  • You'll create and maintain platform documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs, and process guides.
  • You'll support customer deployments, user acceptance testing, and IT Health Checks.
  • You'll collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, NOC, and SOC teams to provide deep technical support.
Who you are
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or Engineer, ideally in telecoms or ISP environments.
  • You're skilled in Windows, Linux, and VMware systems.
  • You have hands on experience with Network Management Systems like SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, or vendor specific tools.
  • You're familiar with security technologies including AV/EDR and SIEM.
  • You can script in Python or PowerShell.
  • You hold a degree or equivalent experience.
  • You're eligible to maintain DV security clearance.
