Vodafone Store Manager

Location: Westport
Availability: Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm
Salary: €15.15ph + uncapped monthly commission
Job Type: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, leading a team and driving strong sales performance? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of our Vodafone retail store in Westport.

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's performance, leading and developing the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

You'll be responsible for creating a positive and high-performing store environment, ensuring operational standards are maintained, and supporting your team to reach their full potential.

• Take ownership of store sales performance and consistently drive the achievement of targets and KPIs.

• Lead, motivate and coach the team to maximise individual and store performance.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high operational and compliance standards are maintained.

• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support the ongoing development of new and existing team members.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally.

• Manage store presentation, stock and operational processes in line with company standards.

• Lead by example, actively engaging with customers and contributing to sales on the shop floor.
