YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Visual Merchandising strategy and execution across four countries - Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands - with responsibility for 600 C&A stores. Ensure a high level of seasonal, commercial VM execution that is brand-consistent and conversion-driven across all countries and store formats. Inspire, coach and develop a multi-layered team of VM Coordinators, District Visual Merchandisers and Visual Managers - shaping a strong, unified execution standard across the region. Partner cross-functionally with Market Leads, Sales, Commercial Planning, and Marketing to bring customer-centric VM to life and drive performance across key KPIs. Own and manage the national VM budgets, balancing quality, efficiency and impact. Lead VM input in store openings and refurbishments and use them as moments to train, align and energize your teams.
