Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee

As a Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee at vidaXL, you are responsible for creating an inspiring and commercial in-store experience. You translate the online brand into attractive store presentations while supporting daily retail operations and customer service.

• Create and maintain inspiring furniture and home décor displays;
• Optimize product placement, room sets and store layout;
• Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional changes;
• Maintain high visual standards and presentation quality;
• Support customers with product information and purchases;
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment and store readiness;

What we expect:

• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail;
• Strong eye for detail, styling skills and spatial awareness;
• Knowledge of interior design trends and retail principles;
• Hands-on mentality and flexibility on the shop floor;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Fluency in Dutch and English;
