Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee

As a Visual Merchandiser & Store Employee at vidaXL, you are responsible for creating an inspiring and commercially strong in-store experience. You transform the online brand into attractive physical store presentations that support sales and improve the customer journey.

• Create and maintain inspiring furniture and home décor displays;
• Optimize product placement, room sets and store layout for better customer flow;
• Execute seasonal campaigns and promotional updates;
• Maintain high visual standards and presentation quality throughout the store;
• Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions;
• Support stock handling, replenishment and daily store operations;

What we expect:

• 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail;
• Strong eye for detail, styling skills and spatial awareness;
• Knowledge of interior design trends and retail principles;
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on the shop floor;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Fluency in Dutch and English;
