We are looking for a Visitor Welcome Supervisor to join our team. The role is part time and permanent, working a minimum of 18 hours per week.

This Visitor Welcome Supervisor role at Bolsover Castle is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual passionate about engaging with the public and driving results. If you are a natural leader with a knack for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to contribute to the success of a significant historic site, this role offers a unique chance to lead a team, implement innovative strategies, and play a key part in shaping the visitor experience at one of English Heritage's most important locations.

As Visitor Welcome Supervisor, you will lead a membership sales culture at one of English Heritage's busiest sites. You will deliver inspirational visitor welcome through high standards of presentation and customer service.

You will lead the team in achieving membership sales targets and coach and mentor the whole Visitor Assistant team.

Ability to work on at least three days per week including Bank Holidays and weekends.

To be considered as a Visitor Welcome Supervisor you will need -

- to be an effective communicator with good customer service skills

- be experienced in supervising a team in a visitor facing and/or sales environment.

- confident in managing staff to deliver a consistently high standard of visitor

experience.
