Bristol Cathedral is looking for a full time Visitor Experience Manager who'llbe responsible for managing our team of Visitor Experience Assistants as well as leading our volunteer Guides and Welcome Hosts.You'llplay an important part ina team that is Brave, Creative, Generous and Open, like the values of the Cathedral itself; you'll be imaginative, enjoy working with people and find reward in supporting a team todeliver excellence.

The role is full time, and youwill need to be able to work flexiblyto support a seven day a week visitor operation.

This role is full time (37.5 hours per week), and you will need to be able to work flexibly to support a seven day a week visitor operation. Staff meetings currently take place on a Monday and you would be required to attend these meetings.

Pay and Benefits

£35,000 per annum

Pension

Membership of the Church Workers Pension Scheme, with a 7% employers contribution and 5% employee contribution. The Scheme includes a death in service cover of twice the annual salary.

25 days plus bank holidays per year.

You may be required to work some bank holidays, in which case you will be given this time back in lieu. Annual leave increases by one day per year from year six to year ten of employment.
