Your contribution to our company

• Ensure that all VISA-related topics are implemented and processed efficiently, aligned with business demands.
• Establish relationships with relevant governmental bodies e.g., Home Office, UKVI, and be the first point of contact for the UK business on VISA matters.
• Apply visa strategies in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Oversee onboarding tasks for incoming employees, ensuring collection of passport, CV, and personal details to create a Certificate of Sponsorship.
• Keep employees and managers fully informed of process progress.
• Ensure all necessary payments are made.
• Act as an advisory expert to the business, utilizing external management resources.
• Inform UKVI of any changes to employee circumstances as required.
