Virtual HR Operations Manager

As a Virtual HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR processes within our UK-based company. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate remote recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff regarding HR enquiries and issues.

• Prepare and present HR reports and analyses to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a remote or international setting.
