Guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs and budget

Follow a proven virtual sales process - no guesswork required

Participate in daily Zoom training sessions (11 AM-12 PM EST)

Set and achieve personal income goals

Stay coachable, take feedback, and communicate consistently with your mentor team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-discipline and consistency working remotely

Willingness to learn and apply mentorship feedback

Active Life Insurance License (or ability to complete a short online course)
