The Mission: We are seeking an elite clinician to provide dedicated 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP client. You will be based aboard a luxury superyacht, cruising the most exclusive waters of the Mediterranean. Your summer itinerary includes the glamorous harbor of Monaco , the secluded bays of the Greek Islands , and the vibrant nightlife of Ibiza . This role demands a seamless blend of clinical vigilance and high-end hospitality.

The Team: You will be part of a sophisticated onboard medical department led by a Lead British Doctor . The team is supported by specialist Physiotherapists and a cohesive unit of Western-trained nurses, ensuring a collaborative environment unlike typical solitary home-care roles.

The Safety: We place the highest priority on staff welfare and patient safety. You will operate within a strict double-nurse shift system , which guarantees adequate rest periods and shared clinical responsibility, preventing burnout during the season.

The Process: To streamline your application, we conduct all initial interviews via a secure online platform . This allows you to complete the vetting process remotely from the UK before flying out to the vessel.

Requirements:

Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of solid experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).

Language: Native English speaker or C1 fluency is mandatory.

Profile: Must be professionally groomed, discreet, and adaptable to maritime life.

Leave: 30 days paid annual leave.
