We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Digital Health to lead the development, growth, and delivery of our digital health and healthcare technology initiatives. In this role, you will define the overall digital health strategy, drive innovation across software and data platforms, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for healthcare providers, life sciences organisations, and patients.

Role Overview

As Vice President of Digital Health, you will oversee the strategy, development, and commercial success of digital health products and platforms. You will work closely with executive leadership, product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to ensure our digital solutions align with market needs, regulatory frameworks, and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall digital health strategy aligned with organisational growth objectives

• Lead the development and scaling of digital health platforms, data solutions, and healthcare software products

• Oversee cross-functional teams across product, engineering, clinical, and commercial functions

• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships within healthcare and life sciences ecosystems

• Drive digital innovation including data analytics, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, and patient engagement technologies

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and industry best practices

• Build strategic relationships with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and technology partners

• Monitor performance metrics and ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business and healthcare outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or life sciences software

• Proven leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives

• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, digital health platforms, and regulated environments

• Experience developing and executing digital transformation or healthcare technology strategies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
