Vice President, Loan Agency Operations & Change

Mizuho EMEA in London is seeking a Vice President to lead Loan Agency Administration for RTB and CTB coverage in London and MEA. You will ensure BAU runs smoothly, mitigate operational risk, and drive consistency across Operations with a change agenda.

Working closely with technology, front office and lenders, you will supervise a team, ensure approvals, manage reporting, and champion an inclusive culture while delivering robust controls and KPI adherence.
