Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Ares Management is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead their European office. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Credit and Real Assets segments. What You'll Do

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for European businesses
• Develop financial models for funds and strategic initiatives
• Produce executive-level reporting and variance analysis
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members

What You Need

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
• Experience in alternative investments is a plus
• Strong knowledge of fund structures and fee mechanics
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
